New Parking and Amenities Coming to Cortez Beach North End
Visitors to Cortez Beach will soon see new improvements designed to enhance access and comfort at the popular shoreline.
Beginning Monday, January 26, golf-cart parking and motorcycle parking will open at the north end of Cortez Beach. The additions are part of ongoing efforts by the Property Management team to improve the beach-going experience for residents and visitors alike.
Along with the new parking options, seating areas and updated signage have been installed to help guide beachgoers and provide convenient places to rest. A new bike rack is also being added, offering additional accommodations for cyclists traveling to the beach.
These enhancements aim to improve accessibility, organization, and overall enjoyment at the north end of Cortez Beach as the community prepares for busy beach seasons ahead.
