O’Bricks and Carrabba’s Italian Grill Join Restaurant Lineup for Beertopia 2026
Two local restaurants have been announced for the 2026 Beertopia festival, with O’Bricks and Carrabba’s Italian Grill joining the growing lineup of food vendors for the annual tasting event on Saturday, Aug. 22.
O’Bricks will feature one of its best-selling menu items, while Carrabba’s Italian Grill will serve its signature Chicken Marsala alongside a classic Caesar salad, giving attendees the opportunity to sample popular dishes from two well-known local dining destinations.
Presented by Budweiser, Beertopia will offer guests a tasting experience featuring a diverse selection of local and craft beers, refreshing hard seltzers and premium spirits paired with signature dishes from some of the area’s favorite restaurants. In addition to food and beverages, attendees can enjoy live music, auctions and raffle prizes throughout the event.
The annual fundraiser benefits the Eye Center, Inc., Vision Foundation and the Hernando De Soto Historical Society, helping support vision-related services and the historical society’s charitable mission in the community.
Organizers are continuing to accept restaurant participants and event sponsors as preparations continue for the event.
Beertopia is open exclusively to guests age 21 and older. Tickets are available now, with organizers encouraging attendees to purchase in advance for one of the area’s premier food and beverage events, celebrating local restaurants while supporting community organizations.
