Operation Green Light Offers Manatee County Residents a Chance to Reinstate Suspended Licenses

Residents of Manatee County with suspended driver’s licenses due to overdue traffic tickets or court fines can regain their driving privileges at Operation Green Light on Saturday, April 5. The event, hosted by the Office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller for Manatee County, will take place from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Clerk’s office at 1115 Manatee Ave. W. in downtown Bradenton.

Participants can save up to 30% on collection fees while working toward reinstating their licenses. Since launching its Driver License Reinstatement Days initiative in 2016, the Clerk’s office has assisted hundreds of residents in becoming eligible to drive legally again.

This one-day, in-person event provides an opportunity for those with outstanding court-related financial obligations to address their fines and fees to get back on the road.
