Overnight Ramp Closure Set for I-75 Northbound at US-301

ELLENTON, Fla. — Drivers traveling through northern Manatee County should prepare for an overnight closure of the northbound on-ramp to Interstate 75 from U.S. 301. The closure is scheduled to begin at 11 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29, and is expected to conclude by 5 a.m. on Wednesday, July 30.

The temporary shutdown is part of ongoing roadwork in the area aimed at improving traffic flow and safety. Crews will be working overnight to minimize disruption to daytime commuters.

Motorists seeking access to I-75 northbound during the closure are advised to use the alternate ramp at State Road 64. Electronic message boards and detour signs will be in place to guide drivers along the designated route.
