Oysters Rock Hospitality Hosts December Job Fair to Support Seasonal Hiring Needs
As the region prepares for a busy tourism season, Oysters Rock Hospitality is expanding its workforce with a job fair scheduled for Dec. 15 at the Cafe on St. Armands in Sarasota. The company, which operates seven restaurants across Sarasota and Manatee counties, is seeking 40 to 50 additional employees to support increased demand.
Oysters Rock Hospitality currently employs 425 team members and is hiring for a range of positions. Front-of-house opportunities include bar backs, baristas, bartenders, bussers, expeditors, food runners, hosts, and servers. Heart-of-house roles available include dishwashers, pastry chefs, line cooks, facilities staff, and oyster shuckers.
During the job fair, candidates will have the opportunity for same-day interviews and direct interactions with the company’s leadership team. Attendees will also receive information about pay structure, scheduling, benefits, and advancement opportunities through a frequently asked questions sheet.
The company owns six Anna Maria Oyster Bar locations—two in Bradenton and one each in UTC, Ellenton, Bradenton Beach, and North Port—along with the Cafe on St. Armands, which will host the event. The job fair will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 15, at 431 St. Armands Circle in Sarasota.
Interested applicants are encouraged to pre-register online. Those unable to attend in person may apply through the company’s online application system. A second job fair is planned for January at one of the Anna Maria Oyster Bar locations.
