Paid Parking Options Announced for Bradenton Area River Regatta Weekend
Additional paid parking options have been announced for this weekend’s Bradenton Area River Regatta, expanding access for the thousands expected to attend along the downtown Riverwalk.
In addition to free City of Bradenton garages and surface lots, two paid parking locations will operate on Saturday with specific hours, rates, and access details.
The first option is at LECOM Park, located at 1611 9th St. W. The lot opens at 9:30 a.m., with no parking permitted after 4 p.m. Parking is $15 per vehicle and card payment is required, as cash will not be accepted. A shuttle service will transport attendees to and from the Regatta, with drop-off and pick-up near Twin Dolphin Marina.
The first shuttle from LECOM Park departs at 10 a.m., and the final shuttle leaves the Regatta pick-up location at 7 p.m. All vehicles must exit the lot by 9 p.m.
A second paid parking location will be available at 600 15th St. W. This lot also opens at 9:30 a.m. and will not accept vehicles after 4 p.m. Parking is $20 per vehicle, card only. No shuttle service will be provided, and attendees should expect an approximate half-mile walk to the Riverwalk event area. A portion of the proceeds from this lot will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Suncoast. All vehicles must exit by 9 p.m.
Event organizers encourage attendees to plan ahead, arrive early and review traffic changes in advance. A complete list of road closures and additional parking information is available at bradentonpd.com/newsreleases/2026regattaweekendinfo.
