The Pittsburgh Pirates will return to Bradenton for another season of Grapefruit League baseball in February, with 15 home games scheduled at LECOM Park as part of the team’s 2027 spring training schedule.
The Pirates announced a 30-game spring schedule beginning Friday, Feb. 19, when Pittsburgh hosts the Toronto Blue Jays at LECOM Park. The schedule includes 15 games in Bradenton and 15 games on the road.
The Pirates’ home schedule will feature visits from several American and National League clubs. After opening against Toronto, Pittsburgh will host the Detroit Tigers on Feb. 20, Atlanta Braves on Feb. 23, Boston Red Sox on Feb. 24, Baltimore Orioles on Feb. 26 and Philadelphia Phillies on Feb. 28.
March home games begin with Atlanta on March 3, followed by Toronto on March 4, the Minnesota Twins on March 7 and Baltimore on March 9. The Pirates will welcome Boston back to Bradenton on March 12 before hosting the New York Yankees on March 13. Philadelphia returns March 15, followed by the Tampa Bay Rays on March 17.
The final game at LECOM Park is scheduled for Saturday, March 20, when the Pirates host the Baltimore Orioles. Pittsburgh will then travel to North Port on March 21 to face the Atlanta Braves in its Grapefruit League finale.
The schedule also includes a split-squad day on March 12, with the Pirates scheduled to play Baltimore on the road while hosting Boston in Bradenton.
Game times, ticket prices and ticket on-sale dates have not yet been announced. The Pirates said those details will be released at a later date, and the schedule remains subject to change.
