Sara’s Studios to Break Ground on New Performing Arts Conservatory in Bradenton
Bradenton’s cultural landscape is set to expand with the groundbreaking of Sara’s Studios, a four-story, 31,000-square-foot performing arts conservatory scheduled for Friday, August 22, at 10 a.m.
Located adjacent to the Manatee Performing Arts Center, Sara’s Studios will feature professional-quality rehearsal, recording, and performance spaces, serving as a hub for arts education, creativity, and community engagement. The facility will host youth programs, community ensembles, and partnerships with local arts organizations, offering opportunities for artists of all ages and abilities seven days a week.
Construction documents for the project are complete, and plans have been submitted to the City of Bradenton for permitting. Bids from subcontractors are now being sought as the project moves into its next phase.
Sara’s Studios aims to strengthen Bradenton’s role as a cultural anchor in the region, providing a dedicated space to foster talent and enhance community involvement in the arts.
The public is invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony at the project site to mark this milestone in the city’s arts development.
