Sarasota Paradise will face rival FC Naples in a high-stakes matchup on Wednesday, October 21, at 6:30 p.m. at Premier Sports Campus in Lakewood Ranch. The Battle for Paradise, presented by Poblano’s Mexican Grill & Bar, will have major playoff implications for both teams.
With FC Naples sitting just one point ahead of Sarasota Paradise in the standings, Wednesday’s match could determine the postseason fate of both clubs. A victory would keep Sarasota Paradise in playoff contention while eliminating Naples from the playoff race, according to Sarasota Paradise.
The rivalry matchup will also serve as Education Night, supporting schools throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. As part of the initiative, 25% of ticket sales will go back to participating local schools attending the game.
Fans are also encouraged to bring school supplies for a donation drive benefiting Sarasota and Manatee County schools. The effort aims to provide students and teachers with essential classroom materials while bringing the community together for an evening of soccer.
Tickets purchased for the originally scheduled August match will remain valid for Wednesday’s game. Online purchasers should check their email, including spam folders, for reissued tickets. Fans who purchased tickets at the box office can present their original tickets on game day to receive replacements at no additional cost. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.
With playoff hopes on the line, Sarasota Paradise is encouraging fans to fill the stands and support the home team in one of its most important matches of the season.
The match begins at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 21, at Premier Sports Campus in Lakewood Ranch.
