School District of Manatee County to Host Virtual Teacher and Paraprofessional Job Fair June 4
The School District of Manatee County will host a virtual Teacher and Paraprofessional Job Fair on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. as the district prepares for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
District officials said they are hiring for a variety of VPK-12 positions across multiple grade levels and subject areas. Openings include Teacher, Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Teacher, Paraprofessional and Teacher Aide positions.
The district continues to expand with two new elementary schools scheduled to open in the fall, contributing to the need for additional educators and support staff.
School officials highlighted several employment benefits available to new hires, including professional development opportunities, free add-on endorsement coursework, teacher certification pathways and support programs for new teachers.
According to the district, starting teacher pay is calculated using a base salary of $49,702, along with a referendum supplement and degree supplements.
The hiring event will be conducted virtually, and applicants are encouraged to register early to secure their preferred interview time slot.
