Shooting Near Bradenton Nightclub Leaves One Dead, Two Injured
A shooting near a Bradenton nightclub has left one man dead and two others injured, according to deputies.
The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office reported that the incident occurred around 2 a.m. Sunday near the Touch of Class Lounge on 14th Street West.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered a 30-year-old man surrounded by hundreds of people in the parking lot. Despite efforts by paramedics, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two other victims, a man and a woman, were also shot and transported to local hospitals. Both are expected to survive.
Detectives stated that an argument inside the club escalated and spilled into the parking lot, leading to the shooting.
Authorities have identified several persons of interest but have not made any arrests yet.
