Suncoast Remake Learning Days 2026 to Bring 380+ Free Events Across Four Counties
Suncoast Remake Learning Days is set to return April 18 through May 2, 2026, offering a wide-ranging lineup of free, hands-on learning experiences for families across Charlotte, DeSoto, Manatee, and Sarasota counties.
Now in its fifth year, the regional celebration continues to expand, building on the momentum of 2025 when more than 45,900 children and their families participated in interactive learning activities. The 2026 event is expected to feature more than 380 programs hosted by over 335 community partners, offering residents of all ages opportunities to explore new interests and develop skills.
Supported by The Patterson Foundation, the initiative is part of the global Remake Learning Days movement, which promotes accessible, engaging educational experiences outside of traditional classroom settings.
Events will span a variety of themes, including arts, maker activities, outdoor learning, science, technology, youth voice, and professional development. Each program is designed to encourage creativity, spark curiosity, and foster meaningful connections between children and their families.
Organizers say the initiative goes beyond entertainment, aiming to strengthen family engagement, support lifelong learning, and help build more connected and resilient communities throughout the Suncoast region.
With dozens of locations and hundreds of activities planned, Suncoast Remake Learning Days 2026 is expected to once again serve as a cornerstone event for educational enrichment and community collaboration across Southwest Florida.
