Tails & Tales Adoption Day to Launch Summer Learning at Braden River Library
Families looking to kick off the summer with books, learning and furry friends will have the chance to do all three during the Tails & Tales Adoption Day event at the Braden River Branch Library.
The event, hosted in partnership with Manatee County Animal Welfare, will take place Saturday, May 30, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Braden River Branch located at 4915 53rd Ave. E. in Bradenton.
Community members can meet and greet available cats and kittens that are looking for loving homes while also signing up for the library’s Summer Learning Program. The event is designed to encourage reading and community engagement while highlighting pet adoption opportunities throughout Manatee County.
No registration is required for the free event. Organizers encourage residents of all ages to stop by, meet adoptable pets and learn more about summer activities offered through the library system.
