The Kind Mouse Seeks Handbags, Jewelry for Bags & Baubles Fundraiser
The Kind Mouse is collecting gently used handbags, jewelry and fashion accessories ahead of its upcoming Bags & Baubles event, an afternoon of shopping and philanthropy benefiting efforts to feed hungry children in the community.
Community members are encouraged to donate clean, gently used and well-cared-for purses, handbags, jewelry and fashion accessories. Donations will become part of the curated collections offered during the fundraising event, with proceeds supporting The Kind Mouse and its mission to provide food for children in need.
The deadline to donate items is Wednesday, Sept. 30. Those interested in contributing can contact The Kind Mouse at 727-575-7834 for additional information.
The Bags & Baubles event will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, at 2 p.m. at The Blu Halo in St. Petersburg.
The afternoon will give attendees an opportunity to browse and purchase handbags, jewelry and accessories while supporting the nonprofit’s work. Each purchase made during the event will help fund The Kind Mouse’s efforts to address childhood hunger in the community.
The Kind Mouse is a St. Petersburg-based nonprofit organization with a chapter in Manatee County focused on helping children and families facing food insecurity.
