Truly Valued's Tea Time Luncheon Leaves Lasting Impact Across Manatee and Sarasota Counties
Empowering Women and Girls to Embrace Purpose and Pursue Dreams
At the recent Tea Time Luncheon, women and young ladies from Manatee and Sarasota Counties gathered for an empowering experience focused on purpose, self-awareness, and personal growth. The featured guest speaker, Robyn Faucy, CEO of Results 1st, led an engaging and impactful session centered around “Emulate or Deviate” scenarios—challenging attendees to reflect on real-life choices and develop intentional strategies for success.
The session inspired deep reflection, with many attendees sharing that “it’s okay to take a break—but never give up on your dreams.” Participants were encouraged to assess their goals, tap into their strengths, and take proactive steps toward personal and professional development.
A total of 38 participants attended the event, with 26 completing feedback forms. Notably, 77% (20 of 26 respondents) outlined specific, actionable plans on how they intend to apply what they learned moving forward—highlighting the tangible impact of the luncheon.
“This event wasn’t just inspiring—it was transformative,” said one attendee. “I walked away with clarity, confidence, and a plan.”
The Tea Time Luncheon is part of the organization's ongoing commitment to empowering youth and families through education, character-building, and community support. Events like these provide a safe and supportive space for women and girls to grow, lead, and thrive.
