Hillsborough and Sarasota counties each recorded an estimated uninsured rate of 13.1%, while Pinellas was at 12.2% and Pasco at 11.6%.
The Census estimate for Manatee County has a margin of error of plus or minus 1.1 percentage points, placing the approximate uninsured rate between 14% and 16.2%.
