Turning Points is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Guadarrama to its Board of Directors. Guadarrama brings more than 27 years of experience in banking, leadership, business controls, and community engagement.
Guadarrama is a Senior Business Control Specialist with Bank of America, where she works across multiple business lines to strengthen risk management and operational effectiveness. She began her career as a Teller and advanced through leadership positions including Personal Banker and Financial Center Manager.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to serve on the Turning Points Board of Directors,” said Guadarrama.

Guadarrama earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies from Eckerd College and founded LEAD for Women Sarasota/Bradenton, a network focused on empowering and developing women leaders. She has also served as Co-Chair of the Bank of America Volunteer Committee and currently serves as Employee Network Group Market Champion and Executive Sponsor for Sarasota/Manatee HOLA (Hispanic Organization for Leadership & Advancement).
A longtime Bradenton resident, Guadarrama is passionate about community engagement, mentorship, and professional development. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her children and three grandchildren.
