Volunteers Invited to Downtown Bradenton Cleanup with Mayor Gene Brown
Keep Manatee Beautiful is inviting community members to roll up their sleeves and help keep downtown Bradenton looking its best during a cleanup event on Saturday, November 8, from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
Volunteers will meet at the corner of 9th Avenue West and 12th Street West in the Village of the Arts. Mayor Gene Brown will join participants in the effort to beautify public spaces, remove litter, and promote environmental stewardship throughout the downtown area.
Keep Manatee Beautiful will provide all necessary cleanup supplies, including gloves and bags. Participants are encouraged to bring their own water, wear sunscreen, and dress appropriately with closed-toe shoes.
The cleanup is part of the organization’s ongoing mission to inspire community involvement in protecting and enhancing Manatee County’s natural and urban environments.
