Walking in My Purpose Conference to Empower Women in Nonprofit Leadership Oct. 2 in Bradenton
Women working in or aspiring to leadership roles in the nonprofit sector will have an opportunity to develop new skills and expand their professional networks during the Walking in My Purpose conference on Friday, Oct. 2, 2026, at the Manatee Performing Arts Center in downtown Bradenton.
Hosted by Robyn Faucy, CEO of Results 1st, the event is designed for current and emerging nonprofit leaders and focuses on helping participants design, activate and accelerate their careers. The conference will run from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Manatee Performing Arts Center, 502 Third Ave. W., Bradenton.
According to event organizers, attendees will gain practical strategies for building stronger professional relationships, expanding their social capital, leading with measurable results and creating psychologically safe workplaces that foster productivity and accountability.
The conference will feature presentations and panel discussions from a lineup of nonprofit and community leaders.
Registration is $50 per person and includes lunch, refreshments and a swag bag. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Early bird ticket prices are available through July 31.
A portion of the event proceeds will benefit the Women’s Resource Center of Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
