Boil Water Advisory Issued for Anna Maria Island
MANATEE COUNTY, FL (Sept. 28, 2024) –This afternoon, after surveying the damage caused by Hurricane Helene during water restoration, Manatee County Utilities has issued a Boil Water Advisory for residents of Anna Maria Island for drinking water only.
Manatee County Establishes Three Distribution Points for Storm Recovery Supplies
In response to recent storm damage, Manatee County has set up three Points of Distribution (POD) sites to provide essential supplies to residents in need. These sites are strategically located at Bennett Park, Blackstone Park, and GT Bray Park, offering Meals Ready to Eat (MRE), water, and tarps for those affected by the storm.
