22nd Annual Halloween Safe Kids Night
After a one year hiatus, due to the 2024 Hurricane Season, Crime Stoppers of Manatee County is pleased to announce the return of its annual Halloween event at the Manatee County Fairgrounds in Palmetto. This year marks the 22nd Annual Halloween Safe Kids Night, an event the entire family can enjoy. This year the event will be held on Friday October 31
Bradenton Police Report Over 3,500 School Zone Speeding Violations Since Start of School Year
The Bradenton Police Department announced that 3,541 school speed zone violations have been issued since the start of the 2025–2026 school year.

Traffic Shift Begins for Upper Manatee River Road Widening Project
Beginning October 29, Manatee County will implement a traffic shift as part of the Upper Manatee River Road Widening Improvements Project. The changes will affect the stretch between the Fort Hamer Bridge and Upper Manatee River Road.
